John graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1975 & attended Gonzaga Law School from 1977 to 1978. He graduated from Northwestern University’s Advertising Masters program with a specialized master’s degree in advertising management in 1980 & founded chrisad the same year. John was inducted into Northwestern’s prestigious Hall of Achievement in April 2004.
John lectures at dozens of dental schools & graduate business/marketing universities across the U.S. & in other nations, including Northwestern University, UCLA, UCSF, Hofstra University, the University of Alabama, the University of the Philippines, Baylor University & many more.
He has written 8 extensive & regularly upgraded books on various aspects of the dental practice growth management process, which are available to clients on chrisad’s website. John has also written over 1,000 short articles & white papers on the marketing-stimulated dental practice growth process.
Over chrisad’s 40+ years, John Christensen has directed dozens of extensive market research exercises into the mindset, awareness & thought process of the dental consumer. He oversees the world’s largest database of dental patients’ marketing-related behavior, with trend & variable analysis from over 2,000 dental offices in the U.S. & around the world.
Nicole Dumitrescu
Director of Admin. Services & Events
Nicole graduated from California Polytechnic State University, where she studied Graphic Design & Graphic Communications. She has been part of the chrisad team since 2005 & in that time she has honed her dental marketing expertise in both in the Creative Services & Client Services departments. As the Director of Client Services & Events, she oversees our Marketing Assistants & Schedulers, provides support to Brand Managers & Growth Management Representatives, & plans & coordinates our client conferences (No Limits) & our participation in tradeshows & conventions. She acts as the face of chrisad in many interactions around North America & the world.
Nick Gauthier
Chief Operating Officer
Nick attended California State University in San Diego & San Francisco & holds a degree in broadcast & electronic communication arts. He has been with chrisad since 2006. Nick loves that chrisad gives dentists a proven method to attain the type of prosperous practice they’ve dreamed of since dental school. He finds it very rewarding to be able to look at clients’ statistics to guide them toward opportunities for growth & prosperity.
Cory Schoebel

Cory is a 1997 graduate of Western Michigan University & the son of a successful chrisad practitioner. Since joining chrisad in 1999, Cory has amassed a vast amount of knowledge & experience regarding practice growth & management. He has lectured regularly on the marketing & development of hundreds of successful chrisad practices. Cory manages clients in the most challenging marketplaces & continuously monitors the dental industry’s growth trends & statistics.
Staci Bonaso

Staci works closely with new clients or those who are experiencing unusual or significant roadblocks to their practice growth & are in need of a passionate & trusted advocate who can develop their practices with a solid marketing investment in the quest for prosperity & security. Staci has served in the financial sector in a client services & management capacity, where she created new systems to increase revenues for her clients, while mentoring staff in the interest of providing clients with outstanding customer service & dedication.
Mike Angel

Mike graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in marketing. He has been working with chrisad since 2009 to successfully guide clients throughout the continental United States, mainly on the West Coast. Josh is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Before joining chrisad in 2007, he marketed new vision-testing technology to pediatricians. Prior to his work in the medical field, Josh consulted businesses in cost consolidation & increased production in everyday operations. Josh applies his business acumen & experience to help clients reach their goals.

Prior to joining chrisad, he worked as an advertising account executive for a daily newspaper’s print & website editions. Leslie is a 1999 graduate of Oral Roberts University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy. She brought over 14 years of experience in advertising & marketing to chrisad & worked previously as an executive in Dallas/Ft. Worth before joining our team. She excels at strategizing with clients to clarify their path to success.

Brian attended Syracuse University & holds an MBA with a dual concentration in marketing & finance from the University of Connecticut. He has over 10 years of experience, much of which is in the medical/healthcare field, most recently with an industry-leading consulting firm. Bailey Schneider

Bailey studied business at the University of Alabama, where she was also captain of the All Girl Cheer Squad. Prior to joining chrisad, she worked as a consultant with Next 90 Coaching. Bailey believes in changing dentistry one dental office at a time. She wants to not only help guide doctors to a long life of prosperity but also to better serve their communities, take excellent care of patients & support the livelihoods of their staff.

Sean studied communications at Houston Community College in Texas. He has been a consultant for over 15 years, helping working professionals such as architects, engineers & the construction industry streamline their workflow & make their marketing more efficient by reducing costs on visual communication. He enjoys building partnership relationships with clients by collaborating with them to reach their goals, grow their businesses & improve the lives of all involved. He & his wife are enjoying raising their two young children in the area.

Wam studied Public Administration at the University of Zambia, Accountancy with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants & Business Management in the United Kingdom.
He has 13 years experience as a UK Dental Practice Business Development Manager & was a Dental Business Consultant before joining Chrisad. Wam understands the business of dentistry & is an expert in addressing the challenges particular to dentists in the U.K. market.
