Brian attended Syracuse University & holds an MBA with a dual concentration in marketing & finance from the University of Connecticut. He has over 10 years of experience, much of which is in the medical/healthcare field, most recently with an industry-leading consulting firm. Brian shows his dedication to superior customer service by establishing long-lasting relationships based on trust, honesty & a willingness to both “ask the tough questions” & “go the extra mile.”
Chloe Renfroe is one of our Associate Practice Growth Analysts. She excels in using her background in dentistry to connect with other dental professionals & help guide them to success.
Tysir Osman is one of our talented Associate Account Managers, helping clients reach their full potential using chrisad’s data driven methods.
Amanda graduated from Aspen University with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Originally from Florida, she has lived in various places like Washington state & Missouri & she’s currently enjoying life in the beautiful city of Chicago. With six years of experience as a dental assistant at a high-demand, nights & weekend practice utilizing chrisad-style systems, she has developed a comprehensive skill set in areas such as Invisalign treatment planning, assisted hygiene, scheduling, in-house appliances, sleep apnea appliances, traditional orthodontics & staff training. Additionally, her sales experience has enhanced her ability to contribute to the growth & success of a practice.
Joshua Spence is one of chrisad’s Account Managers. Joshua graduated from California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales. At Chico State he was a part of the Seufferlein Sales Program, which gave him a firm understanding of maximizing his relationships with clients. Joshua has helped his clients achieve their practice dreams by tailoring chrisad’s proven methods to their practices.
Greg Briggs is one of chrisad’s Practice Growth Analyst. Greg graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz. Since joining chrisad he has quickly learned the methods needed to create a thriving dental practice & has helped dozens of our clients reach a new level of prosperity. Greg brings a growth-oriented mindset & team building skills to play for chrisad clients.
Janay Cherry is our Sales Leader & heads our sales teams, ensuring optimal standards are kept for their clients’ growth. She brings a wealth of experience to chrisad, having previously worked in several sales roles, including as vice president of sales, sales & marketing manager & director of sales for companies across California.
Adam graduated from Chico State University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Before chrisad, he worked for Sonic Internet & at a recruiting company called Harnham recruiting specifically for data scientists & machine learning engineers.
Emily graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University. She has previously worked for a healthcare staffing agency as a Senior Staffing Consultant where she was the Account Manager for multiple school districts & recruited nurses for students with medical needs.
Daniel graduated from Fordham University with a degree in marketing & a minor in psychology. He joined chrisad in 2013 & has since held many client support positions. He has also done international dental market research in the United Kingdom. Daniel’s background & diversity of experience make him particularly well suited to seeing the whole picture when it comes to client growth & success. He is passionate about having the opportunity everyday to help dental practices achieve their full potential, especially when he is able to take a client that is on the edge of closing their business to a place where they are able to step away & let the practice run itself. Daniel loves to cook & explore the bay area with his wife & son.
Marc Keppner is a native Texan who studied Communications at Henderson State University. He is proud to have earned an athletic scholarship to play football there as well, playing right offensive guard. Marc comes to us from a successful career in the solar & home improvement sales industries. He is a proud father of two sons. Having a wife (Ariel) who is a dental hygienist, really helps him understand how to serve his chrisad clients.
Brittany Zavacky brings eight years of experience in the dental field to her Senior Account Manager role. She helped manage the hygiene, filling specialist & dental assistants at her previous job as a clinical coordinator. She also attended school for dental hygiene. After being introduced to chrisad, she became passionate about helping other offices grow & joined the team. Brittany was also on stage at chrisad’s No Limits Las Vegas conference in 2022 speaking for her former practice.
Nick earned his undergraduate & graduate degrees (MBA) from the University of San Francisco with a focus in marketing & business administration. Before joining chrisad, he worked for a software as a service company in San Francisco & as an account executive in Sausalito. Nick first started working at chrisad in 2008 climbing his way up from marketing assistant to director of operations.
Maria Florescu earned her degree in Business Management from Durham College. Before joining chrisad, she worked in sales & event management in the material handling industry. In her role as a Practice Growth Analyst at chrisad, Maria is excited to help dental practice businesses flourish & grow, allowing them to improve the health of their communities. When she’s not expertly guiding her clients toward lasting practice growth, she enjoys trying out new restaurants around the world & writing about them in her food blog.
Dan graduated from Dominican University of California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, with an emphasis in journalism. Dan started his career at chrisad as a marketing assistant & direct mail coordinator in 2006. After leaving to pursue other opportunities, Dan returned in 2021 as an Account Manager. Before rejoining the team, he gained more than a decade of experience in sales & customer service.
Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Before joining chrisad in June 2021, he was a project manager for a startup & a fulfillment manager at Nordstrom. During his tenure as an Account Manager at chrisad, he has enjoyed working with a smart, dedicated & talented team to help practice owners & doctors solve problems.
Zoe attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in healthcare administration. As the daughter of a chrisad client of 25 years, Zoe has grown up around the dental field & has experienced firsthand the success that chrisad can bring to a dental practice. She joined chrisad in July 2020 as an Account Manager, & now she’s happy to serve her clients as a Senior Account Manager, striving to bring them the same prosperity she witnessed in her father’s practice.
Matt Pryor graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in advertising in 2005. Prior to joining chrisad, he worked as an advertising account executive for a daily newspaper’s print & website editions. As a chrisad team member, Matt is dedicated to his clients’ success & will do whatever it takes to ensure they prosper.
Mike graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in marketing. He has been working with chrisad since 2009 to successfully guide clients across the globe. Mike is here to assist our Practice Growth Analysts 
Cory is a 1997 graduate of Western Michigan University
