Roman Urakov is chrisad’s stationery manager. Roman handles our clients’ in-office branding & his knowledge of important office touchpoints extends from business cards to in-house savings plans. He loves seeing his clients grow & puts that growth mindset into practice in all facets of his life, from work to his home life, learning new ideas from sales books & thought leaders. He also captains his indoor soccer team.

Tysir holds a Bachelor’s in economics from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in China & a certificate in entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School. He has previously worked as a Sales Advisor & Representative, bringing over three years of experience in driving monthly revenue, working closely with clients & optimizing sales strategies. He speaks four languages, including Bengali & Hindi, & is always striving to learn more.
