Growth Management Representative (Outside Sales; 6 Figure Income Potential!)

This is a great opportunity to join an established and energetic marketing firm based in Northern California! Moving to California is NOT necessary as most of the work would be in the field or home office.

Chrisad has been the leader in dental marketing for 37 years, providing clients with full-service branding, direct mail and digital marketing, practice management consulting, and internal staff training. Clients range across the United States as well as Canada and the United Kingdom.

Chrisad is currently seeking a Growth Management Representative to accommodate its growth. We are searching for a candidate who is highly motivated and excels in building long-term relationships with client accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales.
  • A proven track record in closing sales and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and follow through skills with clients and colleagues.
  • College degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, dental industry, pharmaceutical industry or marketing is a plus.
  • A willingness to travel on a consistent, regular basis. Area of travel is yet to be determined, but should include state of residence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Developing solid business relationships of trust and value with assigned clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding required sales statistics and goals.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and colleagues as well as being the leader of an assigned team of colleagues.
  • Traveling on a consistent, regular basis. Travel requirements may increase or decrease based upon business necessity.

“Cold calling” is typically NOT required as the new client leads are provided for you.

Editorial Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join this established and energetic marketing firm! Chrisad has been the leader in dental marketing for over 37 years, providing clients with direct mail marketing, digital marketing, full-service branding, practice management consulting, and client staff training.

As an Editorial Assistant, you will report directly to Chrisad’s Production Manager in the creative department. The ideal candidate will possess superior written and verbal communication skills and be able to balance multiple requests and deadlines concurrently. This position requires exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Although a majority of this position will involve supporting Chrisad’s Copywriter by correcting and proofreading typographical and grammatical errors, the Editorial Assistant will also assist with writing copy for Chrisad’s clients and internal marketing efforts. Additionally, the Editorial Assistant will perform some administrative tasks including auditing, filing, and database entry.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent proofreading and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years previous writing, copy editing and proofing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have experience with Macintosh platform. Experience with Adobe Acrobat (creating editable PDFs) preferred. Adobe InDesign experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Proofreading brochures, websites, advertisements, newsletters and in-house collateral for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors, striving for 0% error rates.
  • Editing and writing press releases, biographies, letters and copy for all client marketing material and in-house collateral as needed.
  • Assisting Copywriter in writing blog articles, e-blasts and custom website copy.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and auditing as needed.

Graphic Designer

This is a great opportunity for someone to join this established and energetic marketing firm! Chrisad has been the leader in dental marketing for over 37 years, providing clients with full-service branding and direct mail marketing, practice management consulting, and internal staff training. Due to its extensive market research experience, Chrisad is able to keep its clients aware of the ever-evolving marketplace and how they should fulfill the marketplace’s needs, thus providing exceptional dental care.

Chrisad is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its creative services team. The designer must be proficient in all aspects of marketing, from corporate identity, promotional items and signage, to design of direct mail marketing brochures and postcards. Additionally, website design experience using WordPress or equivalent CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing direct mail marketing materials (i.e., brochures, postcards and ads), corporate identity (logos, stationery), promotional items (pens, clothing, and notepads) and signage (monument signs, banners, billboards).
  • Assisting, as needed, with design of client websites, social media campaigns, ad banners and e-blasts.
  • Revising designs based on feedback from management and clients.
  • Preparing design materials for print (i.e. collecting for output, color correcting photography and manipulating images).
  • Ensuring schedules are met and in line with company guidelines and client requirements.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required. Experience in HTML, Dreamweaver, WordPress and CSS a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of visual design principals, including graphic design, layout, typography, color, icon development, corporate identity and branding.
  • Aptitude for prioritizing and multi-tasking in order to meet simultaneous demands and
    tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and design experience required.
